Mobile World Congress has begun in Barcelona, Spain. All of the mobile companies have put their devices on display, and big announcements have been made. One of them is from HTC, who has finally given a release date and price for their Vive Virtual Reality System that the Taiwanese company has developed with Bellevue games producer Valve. The price is currently higher than its chief competitor, the Oculus Rift, and those that want it will have to decide if it is worth it.

In order an effort to promote traditional Chinese culture, the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong, in collaboration with Macao YMCA, Guangzhou Suigang'ao Teenagers Institute, and the Teacher Chang Foundation of Taiwan, has conducted a survey on teens measuring their cultural awareness. They found that Hong Kong youths generally identify with and support the values of traditional Chinese culture.
