After the unexpected server maintenance, 1.08 patch update went live and players can now resume playing Bloodborne online. Now, we will give you the latest update about the new patch and issues involve in "emergency maintenance."
Earlier this week, PlayStation Japan announced that the servers are working again, and the patch has been completed.
"The emergency server maintenance which occurred from yesterday (1-Dec, Tues, around 15:00) has been completed," Sony announced. "We are deeply sorry to cause such inconvenience."The company also fixed the issues like NPC survivor state not handed over properly that occurred in the previous update.
Last week, online servers of Bloodborne were taken down for an urgent maintenance. However, there are reports that say the maintenance is company's move to fix a glitch that allows players to download "The Old Hunters" DLC for free.
However, even though the servers were down, some players can still play the game offline, according to Latinos Post.
The video game company did not say why the servers went down, but it may have something to do with a "technical error" that allows players to unlock "The Old Hunters" DLC for free. The $20 content was released last two weeks.
The "free download" speculations intensified when game's developers refused to explain the reason behind server downtime.
Nevertheless, it appears the gaming company managed to close the DLC loophole, with players who previously took advantage of it reporting they're now locked out of the DLC, despite having played around in the new locations only a week ago.
The first DLC of Bloodborne features new locations, bosses, weapons, and armor.

In a game review published in Forbes, it says Bloodborne brings new twists to the Souls experience of the game, but stays true to most of what made those games so timeless.
Ditching the Medieval trappings of the Souls games, Bloodborne takes its players to a sprawling, Gothic landscape. The Lovecraftian elements of the game add to the unique underworld experience of players.
Furthermore, the combat is faster, less defensive, and full of new tricks. The Regain system, which allows players to dart in when wounded and regain some health by landing attacks, is great for adventure-action game fans.
