Supercell's mobile game Clash of Clans continues to create a phenomenon as the company has recently announced that it has doubled its profits last year. A recent maintenance update stopped the game from being played, but it came back with a lot of more updates. Players are constantly awaiting the next update, as well as Clash of Clans cheats.
According to Latinos Post, Supercell had to have an unscheduled maintenance on Clash of Clans on March 3rd because of a server issue with their API which kept the users from playing. That certainly was a terrible blow to the players, but with the fixing came some updates.
Here is what the Supercell Forum said was the changes implemented after the maintenance.
1. Fixed some issues with Clan XP not being correctly rewarded at the end of wars;
2. Healer does not trigger the Skeleton Air Trap anymore (consistent behavior as with the Air Bomb and Seeking Air Mine);
3. Teslas are no longer visible in the village thumbnail in Player Profile;
4. "Accept" button on a player clan join request works now correctly (some players might have encountered situations where the "accept" button malfunctioned while only the "reject" worked correctly);
5. Fixed issues writing special characters/Kaomoji into chat/clan-player names/etc;
6. Fixed that some clans could not have been found in search due to special characters/Kaomoji being used in their name.
7. Dragon attack fire breath visual effect fixed.
For those unfamiliar with Clash of Clans, it is a massively multiplayer online (MMO) game that uses strategy elements. It was released to iOS in 2012, and quickly because a very huge success. It then came to Android about one year later, and its following continues to grow. In fact, Jeremy Lin and the rockets use it to build team chemistry.
The game is all about building cities and then tearing down other enemy strongholds in order to get gold and elixir required to make your stronghold stronger. The player starts out going against goblins, and then builds a town in order to stop invasions as well as invading those of other players, or clan war.

The game was given a huge spotlight during the Super Bowl of this year. It was a simple ad showing Liam Neeson talking to his mobile device to another player of Clash of Clans in the same threatening tone that he used in the film Taken. According to The Guardian, Supercell has posted its annual revenues just recently, and the company has doubled its profits last year. Not only is this with in-app purchases and advertising for Clash of Clans, but the other two Supercell games of Hay Day and Boom Beach, both available for iOS and Android.
