As Boston residents return back to work and schools have reopened, the lives of those injured and the family of the victims will never be the same again – many of them are either missing limbs or their hearts are broken from losing a loved one.

Nick Vujicic, popular limbless motivational-speaker and evangelist, posted a video today on Youtube, where he prays for those impacted by the terrorist attack and shares the message of hope in Christ and displays through his own life testimony that there is hope even beyond this tragedy.

“As we heard the terrible news of the Boston Marathon bombing attack, I want you to know that we have been praying for all the victims, families,” said Vujicic, 30. “I can’t imagine losing a limb. It’s one thing to have no arms and no legs, but to lose a limb, I believe it’s much more difficult.”

Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick asked residents to observe a moment of silence at 2:50 p.m. this afternoon, which was the time that the first explosion went off near the finish line. Bells rang across the city and state after the minute-long tribute to the victims.

The CBS News reported that all of the more than 180 people injured in the blasts who made it to the hospital alive now seem likely to survive, doctors say.

As of today, 51 people remain hospitalized, three of them in critical condition and five listed as serious. At least 14 people lost all or part of a limb; three of them lost more than one.

“If you have lost a loved one, know that we are praying for you, and will continue to keep you all in prayer, and know that God still has a plan for your life,” said the 30-year-old Australian evangelist. “Take one day a time, knows that He loves you. God bless you, and know that our prayers will continue to be with you all.”

Vujicic was born in 1982 in Melbourne, Australia. Without any medical explanations or warnings, he was born into this world with neither arms nor legs.

While he was growing up, Vujicic constantly questioned why he was different from all the other kids around him and was even bullied at school. There was time that he attempted suicide.

While he acknowledges the support from family and friends, Vujicic credited his victory over his life struggles to God. He believes that his passion and strength in life is a result of faith in Jesus Christ.

Today, the limbless evangelist travels around the world, meeting presidents and sharing his story with millions of people. He is also married to Japanese-American Kanae Miyahara and their son was born in February this year.
