Dubai is the pinnacle of Middle East New Year's Eve celebrations
Dubai is where the action's at where New Year's Eve celebrations are concerned, with Emaar Properties and Twitter announcing their partnership to bring a livetream of the New Year's Eve firework displays in Dubai -- which will obviously be made available to the whole world, as long as you have a Twitter account. This livestream on Twitter will be aired on New Year's Eve, from Downtown Dubai at 11:30pm GST/11:30am PST.
The Happiest Place On Earth Livestreams Too
It would be hard to forget that the self-proclaimed happiest place on earth, Walt Disney World, would miss out on such pomp and revelry. They too, will livestream their own New Year's Eve fireworks show at 11:45 p.m. on December 31. The fireworks show will be titled "Fantasy in the Sky" as it streams live on the Disney Parks blog website this Saturday. The fireworks show will also be updated on Twitter with the hashtag #DisneyParksLive.
