The last time we reported on the BMW i3 was at CES 2015, with their remote-controlled valet parking system for parking cars via smartwatch. It works when the driver activates the parking assistant using the application and then on-board lasers help guide the car to a parking spot on its own. I am looking forward to a future where all the cars have that, and I don't think that is a standard feature for the current 2015 BMW i3.
According to Car and Driver, the MSRP of the 2014 BMW i3 is $43,350 with a lease of $589 per month. It is possible to get a $47,200 model with range-extending generator, but both models include a destination fee of $950.
