With Anna Duggar's pregnancy all over the rumor mills, many are wondering when Josh Duggar will be coming home. Allegedly, however, the disgraced reality star is said to be afraid to return home, not until the sex scandal he's involved in blows over.

According to Hollywood Gossip, the eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar is in the sex addiction rehab program not to be treated but to hide from the controversies since six months ago. If true, Anna may be experiencing a very tough situation in her relationship with Josh since she has been the one taking care their four children for these months. If she is pregnant now, bearing all the responsibilities of child rearing makes her life even more difficult.

Hollywood Gossip said that more than anything, Josh should have been spending the past few months trying to save his marriage and his relationship with Anna and not overstaying at the rehab. Last year, it was reported by People magazine that the four kids are missing their father greatly. Instead, he has been overstaying his stint at the rehab for porn addiction, especially since he left four children to Anna.

If he is indeed hiding in rehab, Inquisitor revealed the effectiveness of this strategy. The longer he stays away from the public's eye, though, the more people forget what caused their family show "19 Kids and Counting" to be canceled. Fans are starting to clamor for a spinoff, and are widely interested in the lives of Jana, Jill, and Anna, even Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. The rumor mills won't stop with the speculations that both Jill and Anna are pregnant too. Some are even using the financial blow the family suffered to say they should be given the show back by TLC.

When all the controversies erupted last year, many expected Anna to get up and leave. After all, she is the one who was cheated on. Not only was Josh looking at online porn and actively cruising Ashley Madison, a site that promotes marital affairs, he was also dating a porn star, who recently sued him for being violent during their paid sex sessions. While the charges have been dropped, with Josh claiming he never met Danica Dillon, is he really speaking the truth?

Whether he knows or doesn't know the porn star, Anna seems not to care.  Before 2015 ended, Anna discussed her feelings over Josh's cheating on TLC's "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" and said she will not abandon their relationship, as reported by US Weekly

"It was definitely a hard thing and I think it is such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we're walking through, and it was hard," she said. "It was hard to realize that it was such a public thing, and so not only was it a betrayal against me, but it was a betrayal against those that call themselves Christians, because here we were as a Christian couple." She added why she cannot leave him even with all these. "Josh was my first love," Duggar said. "He is my one and only."
