Azusafest and Azusanow culminates this Sunday, April 10, at a closing ceremony on the same 312 Azusa Street property where the historic Pentecostal Azusa Street revival meeting took place in Los Angeles, Calif. on April 9, 1906. The meeting is known as the origin of the Pentecostal movement. The Azusafest celebration is a pre- and post-event to the Azusanow 2016 celebration in the Los Angeles coliseum on April 9.

On April 7 and 8, the Azusafest celebration will be in a tent on the footprint of the old 312 Azusa Street Mission, which was lead by founding Pastor William J. Seymour. The evening services will feature Brazilian leaders and Christian international apostolic leaders.

A celebration luncheon of leaders on Friday will honor Bill Hamon, the founder of Christian International Ministries, for more than 60 years of ministry and 80-plus years of a faithful life. The luncheon and night services will be held at 401 East Third Street at Union Church. The nightly services will feature speakers and prophetic ministers that will lay hands on all attendees, according to a news release issued by Azusa.

Hamon has prophesied to more than 50,000 people and provided training for more than 250,000 in prophetic ministry, according to Azusa sources. He has authored seven major books, specializing in the restoration of the church and what to expect next on God's agenda.

Lou Engle of the Call and the Azusanow senior leaders will meet to plant a unity tree on the Azusa Street property on Sunday. African American leaders will attend and be lead by senior evangelist Mamie Leonard. In more than 50 years as an evangelist, she has seen thousands of lives changed through salvation, deliverance, healing and the infilling of the Holy Ghost.

Since the founding of the shut-in ministry in August 1983, Leonard and her ministry team have conducted shut-in revivals at hundreds of churches within and beyond the United States. 

Fred and Wilma Berry carry on the history of Azusa Street as international representatives through the Azusa Street Mission.

"There is an expectation of the fulfillment of William J. Seymour's prophesy of a greater revival spreading all over the world like unto the Azusa Street Revival," said Berry.

"It's America's time again. God has chosen this nation for this hour, and we're praying for leaders to come together in unity at Azusafest to unlock a catalyst to a great wave of God's spirit for the Last Days harvest and revival."
