HTC One A9 Special Deals Include 20 Percent Discount, UH OH Protection and Google Play

With the holiday season and Black November already upon us, people are starting to think gifts or gifts for themselves for the holiday season.  HTC is currently accepting a deal on pre-orders for its newest phone the HTC One A9 and is also offering some deals on UH OH Protection and Google Play.

Right now, on the HTC site, you can pre-order the HTC One A9 right now for 20 percent off, until Friday, November 6th.  The price is now $399.99, but it will go up to $499.99 after the deadline.

The HTC One A9 is a brand new phone from the company with a five-inch full high definition screen, and it comes with Android 6.0 (also known as Marshmallow or Android M) operating system right out of the box.  It also features a super-thin metal frame with Gorilla Glass and an expandable SD memory card.  The camera has some good Optical Image Stabilization at Megapixels, and the cameras are a 13 Megapixel rear camera and 4 Megapixel front-facing camera.  The One A9 also has a 2150 mAh battery, NFC support, and HTC Zoe, a shooting mode that captures snippets of video before and after taking a still.

Right now, the A9 comes with UH OH Protection, which means that you get free placement for broken screens, water damage, or switching carriers.  More information about the UH OH Protection can be found here

The HTC One A9 deal also comes with another deal also found on the HTC site.  If you purchase your One A9 between November 2nd and January 7th, 2016, you can claim $100 Google Play credit, which is six months of Google Play. All that is required is to go to https://play.google.com/music/coupon/ and redeem the music by February 7th, 2016.

If you want to save some money on an HTC product, it is possible to purchase the HTC One M9 (not be confused with the HTC One A9).  This phone comes with a special deal of $100 to spend on movies, music and more.  It is available with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, or Unlocked for varying prices.

The HTC One M9 should be receiving its upgrade to Marshmallow quite soon.  HTC operates with a 90-day promise for updates, not to mention that the update will be current two years following its release.  Since the HTC One M9 is the flagship phone this year, that means that the Android update will get upgraded until 2017.  Granted, upgrades are slow to rollout, as they are for many Android smartphones.  In the case of the HTC One M9, the new upgrade should be receiving its upgrade beginning the end of 2015, according to Pocket-Lint

As for other deals, you should go to the company website.  It recommends following #HTCHOTDEALS for the next chance to find savings.    We had previously reported that the Re Camera was on sale, but it has gone back to the price of $199.99.
