Reality star Kim Kardashian and "Famous" rapper Kanye West are photographed together for the first time after a slew of unpleasant events that happened between the couple. It is their first public appearance together after Kim Kardashian's $8.5 million robbery in Paris and Kanye West's admission to a hospital because of anxiety and depression.

They were out on a Sunday to have a dinner night at Giorgi Baldi in Santa Monica, according to TMZ. The photographs show a less brazen Kim without much of her jewelries as she keeps to maintain her previous statement of not displaying her personal wealth for the public anymore after the heist in Paris. "Material things mean nothing. It's not all about the money. It's not worth it," she said.

She did wear her wedding ring at this time which was last photographed missing from the previous photos when the couple were undergoing filial troubles. The ongoing rumors of their divorce are slated off by several sources who are close with the couple.

"They were very sweet together and were very much together," the source said in an interview by E News. "They are going through a lot but from what it seems like they are doing it together and getting through it. It's been a very rough year for her."

West was trailing behind his wife sporting his new blonde look with a relatively downcast expression. West's previous engagements after his hospitalization include his attendance to Rick Owen's furniture exhibition at the MOCA Pacific Design Center and his meeting with President-elect Donald Trump where they reportedly discuss social issues.

"I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues. These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago. I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change," West tweeted before the meeting.

Despite Kim and Kanye's tense looks in the photo, the couple relaxed and exchanged laughs after getting out of the sight of the cameras. According to the Daily Mail, the couple "were smiling, completely at ease and just enjoying each other" after getting into the vehicle.

"Kanye and Kim had a stressful few months. It's been a tense time. But Kim is happy he's getting help. She's very focused on being supportive and managing the crisis that is going on," a source stated.
