Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the South Korean tech giant’s hit phone and mini tablet in one that was released a year ago.
With the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on the verge of release in September 3, it is speculated that Galaxy Note 2 prices would drop significantly, albeit the current generation is still a top-notch phone for user productivity.
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 features a Super AMOLED HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels screen on a 5.5 inches screen. It uses a quad-core 1.6 GHz Exynos process, ARM Cortex-A9 with 2GB Ram. Moreover, the built-in Note 2 S Pen provides the users enhanced experience.
The phablet offers a larger screen size than its Galaxy S series counterparts, but is small enough to still be carried in pockets for easy portability. Thus, many users prefer the Note 2 phablet the regular screen-sized smart phones.
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (16GB) costs $699.99 without contract and $299.00 with 2-year contract with the major U.S. phone carriers.
