If you are looking for a portable device that is easy to carry around, there are a number of discounted smartwatch for Cyber Monday. Among them include Samsung's Gear watches that can be connected to your Samsung smartphones using Bluetooth technology.

They have different uses such as the answering or taking calls, reading text messages and emails, as well as notification alerts. It can also serve as a high-tech digital watch. Most smartwatches are used for fitness purposes like tracking a person's activity. According to Tech Bargains, these are the following Cyber Monday deals for Samsung smartwatches from Amazon: the Samsung Gear S2 Smartwatch will be available for only $249 from its original retail price of $299, the Samsung Gear 2 Neo Smartwatch for $129 from $199 and the Samsung Gear Fit Smart Watch for just $79 from $149. Both Amazon and the Samsung store is selling the Gear S3 for $299, $50 less than its original price and the Samsung Gear Fit 2 for $149 from $179, according to Forbes.

The Samsung Gear S3 is the latest smartwatch from Samsung. According to CNET, most of the changes in Gear S3 were done on its hardware rather than its software. It comes with two models, the Classic and Frontier, both of which has a standard 22 mm watch strap support. This is what was missing with Gear S2, other than it's also smaller than the Gear S3. Design-wise, both the Gear S3 and Gear S2 have the same round display and rotating bezel and Samsung Gear apps.

The hardware is evidently different. The Samsung Gear S3 has an improved Samsung Pay that lets you use it at any credit-card terminal. This is made possible by the MST technology integrated into the smartwatch. As one function of smartwatch is to actually make or receive a call, the Gear S3 is enabled with speakerphone calls. This is not possible with the Gear S2. It also has an optional LTE with faster connection speed.

Though it's not entirely waterproof, the Gear S3 has a certified IP68. This means that it's water resistant. It also resist dusts. Apparently, it also has a new app that works like an altimeter and barometer. As for specs, it definitely has a faster processor, according to CNET. It also has GPS as with all other Samsung Gear watch.

If you think the Gear S3 is still expensive, you can always choose the more affordable Samsung smartwatches.
