River of Life Christian Church (ROLCC), the largest Chinese church in the United States located in Silicon Valley, will host its 2025 Missions Conference from October 17–19 under the theme “United in Mission, Unlimited Possibilities.” Senior Pastor Rev. Tong Liu is inviting the congregation to join together in vision and action to respond to the Great Commission.

“In Israel, twenty hostages have been released, and the two-year-long war between Israel and Hamas has come to an end,” Pastor Liu said in a recorded invitation video. “This represents that the Middle East is about to enter a new season.”

Notably, both guest speakers for this year’s missions conference are from Israel. “At this most critical moment, they will help us understand God’s work and heart for the Middle East,” Pastor Liu added.

The conference will open on Friday evening, October 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the Shekinah Glory sanctuary, featuring Rev. Yousef Dakwar, founder of the Arab-world media ministry Cross Media Productions. His message will also be livestreamed on YouTube.

Peter Tsukahira from Haifa, Israel, will deliver two keynote sessions: “A Biblical View of Israel and the Middle East Situation” and “New Global Evangelism Strategies in a Generation of Crisis.” Small group leaders, district pastors, and ministry workers are especially encouraged to attend in person.

October is designated as Missions Month at ROLCC. The church has set October 5, 12, and 19 as “Faith Pledge Sundays,” encouraging believers to respond to God’s call through prayer and giving, raising funds for missions, and joining together as vessels to bear witness for Christ “to the ends of the earth.”
