Tim Tebow has been a free agent since being released by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2015, which is why fans are still wondering when, and if, he'll ever comeback playing in the NFL. But, in a recent interview, he discussed the possibility of his comeback and a potential career as a politician.

Tebow hinted about the details of his feature during an interview with Larry King according to Sports Illustrated. King immediately went for the question that NFL fans have been wanting to ask Tebow but the former Denver Broncos quarterback provided an indefinite answer.

"I don't know what my future holds, but I know who holds my future," he said about a potential NFL comeback. "I talk to a lot of my friends who are in the league and playing all that. I don't know [if I'll come back], we'll see what doors open. Maybe."

Given his last statement, it seems Tebow is only waiting for the right team to make the right offer. Of course, if everything falls into place, there's probably no reason that could make Tebow turn down a professional contract.

But then again, Tebow has been busy after becoming a free agent. Aside from writing his new book titled "Shaken," he also got involved in a lot of humanitarian work.

And since one of his passions is helping others, he could turn this into a full-time hobby or even a career by becoming a politician.

"You never know," he told King when asked about the possibility of running for office. "For me, my greatest passion and purpose is to make a difference. And however I can do that, is what I want to do."

Although it is not yet clear what Tebow will do in the future, right now, he's focusing on his television career after signing on to co-host the reality TV series "Home Free," Life News reported.

The focus of the show is building homes. But, what makes it different from other construction-themed programs is that the series is a competition between individuals who are building homes for their personal heroes.

For instance, one competitor is a U.S. military veteran who wants to build a house for a fellow soldier who saved his life during a tour in Afghanistan. Another competitor is a man who joined to thank the woman who donated a kidney for his father.

"Home Free" is currently in its second season and first premiered on the Fox network.
