Caitlyn Jenner's "I Am Cait" documentary series reportedly was canceled due to huge ratings fall in the show's second series, according to multiple reports.

Radar Online reports E! network managers did not renew the program for a third run, claiming Jenner's reality show lost close to 1.1 million viewers when the second series debuted on March 6, giving producers the impression the majority of people were no longer interested in it. Unlike Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which managed to sustain a viewership of 1.2 million-plus, sources allege I Am Cait fell below 800,000 viewers, which paled in comparison to when the first series opened with an audience of 2.7 million, according to Variety.

In fact, The Hollywood Reporter reported the show's second season episode brought in "745,000 viewers and a 0.3 rating among adults 18-49. That's down more than 500,000 from its freshman finale - and nearly 2 million off from the series launch."

Radar Online alleges the reason for the I Am Cait decline is due to Jenner's inability to relate to transgender communities. The reality show's goal was to help others find their voice and the courage to be who they want to be. Fans said they were surprised at how Jenner rarely showed normality. Driving around in plush cars, undergoing plastic surgery in a matter of weeks, and spending thousands of dollars on a new wardrobe isn't something the average person struggling with their sexuality can afford, reports the Inquisitr.

Another big turnoff for viewers was when Jenner would mark not-so-nice comments about family members - particularly Kris Jenner, who Jenner described as a controlling woman who made their marriage a living hell. While many of the Kardashian fans tried to support Caitlyn Jenner's reality show, some argued the former Olympic champion had not only changed on the outside but also on the inside, in negative ways.

Jenner, 66, is "devastated and blaming everyone but herself. She has been calling the network demanding more promotions and calling her PR demanding to do more press. She really thought this show was bigger than The Kardashians and thought it would run for 8 to 10 years," a source told  Naughty Gossip.

"At the moment, she is taking no responsibility. She has a huge ego and cannot understand that some people just do not like her and her political views."

The first season of the show aired April 2015.
