Call of Duty fans would certainly mark down November 4 on their respective calendars, as that is the very date in which the next instalment of the franchise is set to be released -- Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Expect Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare to make its appearance on the Xbox One and Sony PS4 platforms, although those who cannot wait would most probably have also signed up for the multiplayer beta that is set to kick off this coming Friday, October 14.

Infinity Ward is the developer behind this FPS (First Person Shooter) title, and it will certainly be a very, very busy weekend ahead where the multiplayer beta is concerned. We are certainly keeping our fingers crossed that there will be very little, if not no flaws in the multiplayer beta at all, hoping to hear more bouquets than brickbats reported on gaming forums everywhere.

IGN claims that the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer beta will kick off at 10 a.m. PDT on October 14th, Friday, October 14. Just what does Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare bring to the table? For starters, there will be a trio of six totally new Combat Rigs that gamers are able to make use of in their frantic battles. Such Combat Rigs are actually new suits which do offer quite a mean kick to your opponents, since it comes with a Payload and a Trait for different kind of tactical options under varying circumstances. Traits happen to be passive abilities which your character will be equipped with. As for Payloads, those are the weapons in which you earn after each match, and these weapons can be activated in order to deliver a more powerful upgrade of sorts for a player's Rig.

Out of the three new Combat Rigs that will be made available to the masses in the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer beta, the Warfighter would be the first. The Warfighter caters for players who do make plenty of use of the mid-range assault technique, and it works best when accompanied by the Claw, Combat Focus, and Overdrive Payloads.

Not only that, there will be another featured Combat Rig in the multiplayer beta known as Merc. Players who prefer to be the virtual “tank” in the game will love it, since it works best alongside the heavy beam weapon known as the Steel Dragon, in addition to the Bull Charge which is accompanied by an armored riot shield.

Last but certainly not least, gamers can get a whiff of the Synaptic in the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer beta. The Synaptic happens to be a C6 Class remote-operated droid which will be of great help when one prefers to go toe-to-toe in close combat fighting against an opponent, and with the right Payload, you will gain a boost to your health and ammo.

PlayStation Lifestyle claims that three modes will be made available for all and sundry to try out this Friday: Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Kill Confirmed, while there might be Defender and different, unknown surprises thrown into the mix for fans. Are you stoked yet?
