Country music star Carrie Underwood won big at the 2015 CMT Music Awards, taking home Video of the Year for her faith-inspired hit "Something In The Water" and winning her 13th CMT award, making her the most honored winner in history.

At the awards ceremony on Wednesday night, the "Jesus Take the Wheel" singer made her first public appearance since giving birth to her first child, Isaiah Michael Fisher in February. Upon taking home three awards, including Video of the Year for the fourth year in a row, Underwood revealed that her little boy and her husband, hockey player Mike Fisher, serve as her greatest inspirations.

"This is my first show since little Isaiah has been in the world," the 32-year-old singer told the crowd at Nashville, Tennessee's Bridgestone Arena. "He's probably napping on the bus right now, but I should definitely say that he has already inspired me so much, as well as my husband Mike. Thank you guys! ... This is such an amazing blessing."

Underwood was nominated for five awards, including two for "Female Video of The Year" for her songs "Something In The Water" and "Somethin' Bad" with Miranda Lambert. She went home with three awards, including Collaborative Video of the Year for "Somethin' Bad," Female Video of the Year and the top honor Video of the Year.

Since the start of her country career, the "Jesus Take The Wheel" singer has won a total of 13 CMT awards, making her the most honored artist in the genre.

Following her big CMT win, Underwood also took to Twitter to express her appreciation, writing, "WOW! I seriously can't believe tonight! Thank you, fans! I don't deserve your amazingness, but I am forever grateful for it! Thank you!"

In accepting the award for "Something in the Water," Underwood revealed that the Gospel-inspired ballad is "very special" to her.

The song is also Underwood's longest-running Billboard No. 1 hit and the music video has been viewed on YouTube more than 12 million times since it was uploaded in November. Like the song itself, the video is a stunning reflection of Underwood's strong Christian faith, with 12 dancers joining the country star in ankle-deep water, and a 16-member choir joining in for a chorus of "Amazing Grace.

"It's really kind of a joyous uplifting song about changing your life for the better," Underwood told NBC's TODAY back in September. "And kind of having that 'ah-ha' moment, to waking up and your life being different from that moment forward."
