NBA free agency is on, and with the Cleveland Cavaliers winning second in the NBA championships, it will be interesting to see who will be filling the roster for the next season.  LeBron James seems like he is sealed in, as well as Tristan Thompson, Iman Shumpert, and Matthew Dellavedova.  Those on the fence are Kevin Love, J.R. Smith, and who knows what will happen with Dwyane Wade.

When it comes to the Cavaliers, all eyes are on LeBron James, who is easily the biggest free agent for next season.  He is apparently waiting to re-sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers, and it looks like the only thing that he is waiting for is making sure all the NBA organization ducks are in a row.

A recent report from Marc Stein of ESPN says that one of the upgrades that LeBron wants to add to the team could be Mike Dunleavy.  This Chicago Bulls free agent is one of the better shooters that the NBA has to offer, but it doesn't look like Dunleavy will be leaving the Bulls.  As it looks like Dunleavy has closed in on a possible 3-year $15 million dollar deal with Chicago, according to ESPN

Perhaps the Cavaliers want to replace J.R. Smith with Dunleavy due to Smith's poor shooting and untimely fouls may have led to the Cleveland defeat at last season's Eastern Conference semifinals.  A report on CBS Sports says that the Cavaliers manager David Griffin does not appear to be eager to bring back Smith, who opted out of his contract to explore free agency.

One of the Cavaliers who was thought to return to the team, in spite of being a free agent was Kevin Love. It has been reported on CBS Sports that Kevin Love is going to meet with the Los Angeles Lakers.  Considering that it was believed that this player would simply re-sign with the Cavs for the max, it seems an odd play, but it is also about making certain that he is not missing out on any other opportunities.

It appears that one player who was also expected to stay with the Cleveland Cavaliers is Tristan Thompson, and it has been reported that he has received qualifying offers from Cleveland on Tuesday, which means that the Cavaliers can match any offers those players get from other clubs this summer.  ESPN reports that two other players received the same offer from Cleveland.  One of the players offered this deal was Matthew Dellavedova, who had to step up after Kyrie Irving was lost for the postseason and had some big playoff moments, and the other was Iman Shumpert.

There are also reports that say that Cavaliers forward Mike Miller exercised his $2.85 million option for next season.

There is also big talk in the NBA at large of where Dwyane Wade is going to end up.  As a free agent, he is open, and there is some issues with his contract with the Miami Heat.  It seems likely that he will take meetings with other teams like the Clippers, Bulls, Lakers, Knicks, and even the Cavaliers could be interested in signing him, according to Sports World Report
