The NFL has confirmed that the Green Bay Packers will face off against the Indianapolis Colts at the 2016 Hall of Fame Game in August. Those looking to watch the event can secure their tickets now.

The game, which is sent on Aug. 7, Sunday, will mark the Colts' fifth game in the Hall of Fame event. The last time the team took the field for the event was in 2008. Unfortunately, the Colts lost against the Washington Redskins with a final score of 16-30.

But, aside from playing in the event, two members of the Colts franchise will be inducted in the Hall of Fame's 2016 batch. These are former coach Tony Dungy and wide receiver Marvin Harrison, NFL.com reported.

The Packers, on the other hand, will get to see their longtime quarterback Brett Favre get inducted. He was with the team from 1992 to 2007. Like the Colts, the upcoming event will also be the fifth appearance of the Packers in the Hall of Fame Game.

The match between these two teams will take place at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio at 8 p.m. ET. It will be held a day after the induction ceremony. Aside from the names mentioned above, the other football legends who will be inducted at the event include left tackle Orlando Pace, quarterback Ken Stabler, offensive lineman Dick Stanfel and Eddie Bartolo Jr., the owner of the San Francisco 49ers from 1977 to 2000, according to the Bleacher Report.

Apart from the game and the induction, also known as the 2016 Enshrinement Ceremony, the event will also feature a concert featuring Tim McGraw on Friday, Aug. 5. Tickets for these events have been on sale since late last year and most of the package deals are already sold out. Still, those looking to partake in the momentous event, which will give them the opportunity to mingle with NFL legends, should check out the ticket offerings on HOFExperiences.com, Etix.com. and ProFootbalHOF.com.
