Criminal Minds Season 11 is only a few days away from hitting the small screen, but fans and followers of the TV show can't seem to get enough spoilers about it. One of the most highly anticipated spoilers involves the resident genius in the Criminal Minds' Behavioral Analysis Unit, Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler), as the show's executive producers tease on the development of the character this season. While Criminal Minds Season 11 will still focus on the bad guys and the BAU's search for the UnSubs, the personal lives of the members of the BAU will also be shoved in the spotlight.

The departure of Jennifer Love Hewitt, who played veteran investigator Kate Callahan, from the Criminal Minds cast has definitely created a need for the BAU to add another member. Apart from Hewitt, the Criminal Minds team will also be functioning without FBI Special Agent Jennifer "JJ" Jareau (AJ Cook). Hence, the BAU is in dire need of a new member - a call answered by the entry of Aisha Tyler in the Criminal Minds family. A host of The Talk, Tyler is introduced in Criminal Minds Season 11 as a forensic psychologist named Dr. Tara Lewis. While no official confirmation of the storyline has been released by the Criminal Minds showrunners, fans believe that Tyler's character might be a potential love interest for Reid.

Another female character making her way to Criminal Minds Season 11 is the daughter of David Rossi (Joe Mantegna), named Joy Struther (Amber Stevens). The character of Stevens first came to light when she began stalking David Rossi in an effort to learn more about her biological father. Introduced as the daughter whom the BAU Agent never even knew existed, Struther will reportedly be making more appearances in Criminal Minds Season 11. With this in mind, it could be said that Struther will be around the team more often this season.

In connection with the rumors regarding Reid's love life, or lack thereof, the showrunners might be setting up the shy doctor to a love triangle. The entry of Tyler in the show already had fans pointing out her possible romance with Reid, but will Stevens' character stand in the way? No specific background information on Struther were revealed in the past, so she could very well be a potential romantic interest for Reid. In addition, her interest in resolving the issues surrounding her complex relationship with biological dad Rossi could also pave the way to a romance with the BAU genius.

Criminal Minds Season 11 will premiere on September 30, 2015.
