When last we reported on the Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) cast, we had 11 contestants finalized. We now know that Chris Soules, hot off the heels from being the bachelor on The Bachelor, will be the 12th contestant, dancing with last season's winner of DWTS, Witney Carson. They and all of the other contestants will be seen on the DWTS Premiere Date on March 16th.
According to the International Business Times, Chris said on Good Morning America that his being cast on DWTS was "the worst kept secret ever". In fact, we had reported that he had been cast back in Febraury, when many rumors circulate about the DWTS cast.
The big question is how Chris' DWTS time will affect the relationship with his fiancé, Whitney Bischoff. The Latin Post has revealed that the couple will temporarily move to California for the show, and then move to the hometown of Arlington, Iowa afterward.
Here is what we know of the rest of the cast of Dancing With The Stars:
Suzanne Somers will be teamed Tony Dovolani. Those that love sitcoms from the seventies and nineties will recognize Suzanne from shows like Three's Company and Step by Step. She is also quite famous for promoting Thighmaster, and will no doubt impress audiences.
Patti LaBelle will be teamed with Artem Chigvintsev, and Patti is a Grammy-winning singer who sung "Lady Marmalade" and "New Attitude". She probably has at least a little dancing experience, and she also has some acting experience from being on shows like A Different World and American Horror Story.
Noah Galloway will dance with Sharna Burgess. Noah is an Iraq War veteran who lost his left arm above the elbow and left leg above the knee in an IED attack. No doubt he will bring some inspiration to season 20 this year.
Robert Herjavec will be teamed with Kym Johnson. Herjavec is a Croatian-born Canadian businessman, investor, and a media personality who has appeared on ABC's Shark Tank.
Nastia Liukin will be paired with Derek Hough. Liukin is an Olympic champion gymnast, and her agility makes her quite a match for Derek Hough, who left the show in order to perform in "The Radio City Spring Spectacular".
Riker Lynch will dance with Allison Holker. Riker Lynch is a singer and songwriter for the group R5, and it was rumored that his brother Ross Lynch, star of Disney Channel's Austin and Ally, would be dancing. This was one of the rumors we reported about in several articles. Again, we were right about this next one.
Rumer Willis will be dancing with Valentin Chmerkovskiy, as we reported on before. She is an actress and artist, and the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.
Charlotte McKinney will dance with Keo Motsepe. You might remember Charlotte while watching the Super Bowl, as she was in a racy ad for Carl's Jr.
RedFoo will be with Emma Slater. RedFoo is part of the musical duo LMFAO, who is most famous for "Party Rock" as well as the son of Motown Record Company founder Berry Gordy, Jr.
Michael Sam will be paired with Peta Murgatroyd. Sam will be the NFL player for this season, so let's see what he can do.
Willow Shields will be dancing with Mark Ballas. Willow is best known for playing Primrose Everdeen in The Hunger Games movie series.
Dancing with the Stars returns to ABC for Season 20 (the show's tenth anniversary) on Monday, March 16th at 8:00.
