Sadie Robertson of the hit A&E show "Duck Dynasty" is encouraging young girls to be confident in who God created them to be despite pressure from the world to conform to unrealistic standards of beauty.

On Thursday, the 18-year-old author and model took to Instagram and Twitter to share her thoughts on societal pressure in a message titled "To the World."

"If you're too skinny they call you sick. If you are too fat they say it's gross. If you don't eat enough they talk about you behind your back. If you eat too much they make fun of you. You can't win with the world, so don't try. Be confident in who you are. Live life to the fullest of who you were created to be. Live original."

She added, "Oh, and on a side note, I just ate four pieces of pizza with two breadsticks for dinner, and enjoyed every second of it. Mic drop."

As of Friday morning, Sadie's post had over 124,000 likes and thousands of comments, with many thanking Willie and Korie's daughter for her candor.

"Be healthy, but be happy! Keep your temple clean from destruction, but free your mind from harmful criticism. God made us in His image. And THAT is always beautiful!!" wrote one commenter .

"Thanks. I love your posts they are always so inspiring and helps me through my day and makes me feel better about myself," added another.

Sadie, who has also appeared on "Dancing With the Stars," often uses social media to encourage her young fans to live original and embrace who God created them to be.

Last year, she appeared makeup-free in a 7-minute YouTube video in which she urged viewers to "just be you and live original."

'Hey y'all I'm being super vulnerable right now," Sadie posted to Twitter with a link to the video. "No makeup, natural hair, and just being honest."

In the video, the reality star revealed her own height, weight, and clothing sizes before admitting her own struggle with jealousy and confidence problems.

"The reality is, I struggle with comparing myself to other people, I struggle with worry, and I'm really hard on myself," the teen continued in the tell-all video. "I am just like every other girl and I look in the mirror and pick out the flaw."

She went on to cite her book, Live Original: How the Duck Commander Teen Keeps It Real and Stays True to Her Values, which encourages readers to embrace their flaws and find confidence in God.

"I want to see people start to live original," Robertson added in the video. "My point is, don't look at people and say, 'That's what I want to be.' In reality, if you're seeking human approval, you're never gonna reach your goal. You can only reach it by God."

Sadie went on to share several quotes from Scripture relating to jealousy as well as worry.

Within one day of the video post, the clip had been viewed and shared thousands of times.

"70,000 views already," she wrote on Twitter on March 26. "Wow. Overwhelmed by the impact this video is making on people's lives. If you haven't seen it the link is in my bio. I'm so glad it's helping some of you in your life."
