"Duck Dynasty" star Willie Robertson has said he believes Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton will change her views on gun control laws if elected to office.

When asked to discuss Clinton's stance regarding gun manufactures being held accountable by victims of gun violence during a recent interview with Fox News, Robertson said, "She'll change. She moves back and forth according to where she is at. It's true, I've seen it over and over."

The CEO of Duck Commander contended, "Guns are vital for us, for hunting, for our protection, and so yeah I am pro-Second Amendment and not gonna get off that and I think our country is based on that."

The Louisiana native added with a laugh, "I'm happy to keep preaching that message. It works well where I'm from."

Robertson, who said Clinton is a worse presidential candidate now than in 2008, asserted that Republican frontrunner Donald Trump will likely win it all in November.

"I think Trump's got it, I think Hillary's a bad candidate. She was a bad candidate in '08 and she's even worse now...I think Mr. Trump is going to prevail."

As earlier reported, the reality star, who is also an outspoken social conservative, officially endorsed Trump back in January.

"Mr. Trump is a real leader," Robertson said in a press release. "He represents success and strength, two attributes our country needs. Like me, he is a successful businessman and family man and I endorse his candidacy for President of the United States."

He also praised the billionaire businessman's views on the Second Amendment and told Fox how much hunting impacted his family: "Pretty much everything! It is our livelihood; it is what we enjoy," he said. "It is our hobby and our job, so I think anytime you get to do a job that is also your hobby well I think that's what most of us want to pull off."

Robertson joined the Fox News Channel on April 4, hosting a Fox News Radio podcast, aptly titled The Willie Robertson Podcast. As a paid contributor, Robertson also makes appearances across the cable channel's programming.

Meanwhile, Willie's father, the "Duck Commander" Phil Robertson, endorsed rival Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz, who on Wednesday formally named Carly Fiorina as his vice presidential running mate.

"My qualifications for president of the United States are rather narrow: Is he or she Godly, does he or she love us, can he or she do the job, and finally would they kill a duck and put him in a pot and make him a good duck gumbo?" Robertson says in an ad from the campaign in which he is shown hunting alongside the Texas Senator. "I've looked at the candidates. Ted Cruz is my man."

Robertson and his family had previously been a supporter of Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, who suspended his presidential campaign in November.
