It's a toss up between Fallout 4 and Elder Scrolls 6 for game developer and publisher Bethesda Softworks as the company is believed to unveil only one update for its upcoming role-playing games at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2015 in June. E3 is the world's premier trade show for computer and video games, which will be held from June 16-18, 2015 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

In its first press conference during the E3 convention, gamers believe that Bethesda will be announcing details on Fallout 4 and leave Elder Scrolls 6 at least for the time being.

Master Herald, citing reports from iDigital Times, said that Bethesda still wants to maximize profits from one of its successful titles, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and does not want to cut short its staying power by introducing Elder Scrolls 6 prematurely.

It added that the Redguard might be the official title of Elder Scrolls 6 after Bethesda trademarked the name. Bethesda first trademarked Redguard in 2011 but to this date, Elder Scrolls 6: Redguard has not yet been released.

In 2002, the game development firm trademarked Oblivion and released Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion that same year. And in 2006, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was released, several months before Skyrim was trademarked by the company.

A separate report by Ecumenical News also speculated which RPG games Bethesda will unveil during the E3 convention, Will it be Elder Scrolls 6 or Fallout 4?

According to the report, there have been speculations online about the release of Elders Scrolls 6 since the fifth installment was released four years ago. Many gamers are hoping that Bethesda will clear the issue during the E3 convention, the report said.

The report said that Todd Howard, who leads the development team at Bethesda, is known to follow a work ethic of focusing on one game at a time. This means that if is currently developing Fallour 4, then Elder Scrolls 6 are placed in the burner, echoing sentiments of the gaming fans.

However, it was noted that Bethesda is consistent with its development of Elder Scrolls series that a new sequel is introduced every four years. Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was released in 2011 so fans are hopeful Bethesda will continue with its tradition and release the next installment for the popular RPG.

Another rumor that is circulating is that Fallout 4 will be released after Elder Scrolls Adventures Argonia, said Gunshyassasin.com.

It added that it makes sense for Bethesda to release TES Argonia first before Fallot 4 because the former is its main cash cow and has sold more copies than Fallout.
