'Fixer Upper' Stars Chip and Joanna Gaines Open Bed and Breakfast, Launch Furniture Line As God Continues to Bless Their Empire

Chip and Joanna Gaines, the Christian stars of the hit HGTV show "Fixer Upper", have launched a furniture line and opened a Bed and Breakfast as God continues to bless their rapidly-expanding empire.

According to the Houston Chronicle, the "Magnolia Home" line, which will hit stores in March, is manufactured by Standard Furniture and offers five different looks: cottage, farmhouse, industrial, modern boho and vintage.

"This is a dream come true for me," Joanna, 37, said of line, which she personally designed. "I have always wanted my style to be accessible and available to those looking for new design solutions for their homes."

The report notes that all 350 pieces in the new line reflect Joanna's personal style, such as scrubbed and painted kitchen islands, china cabinets with rolling barn doors and seed-bin pulls, swivel chairs, metal hanging lamps, and decorative windmills.

In addition to opening a brand-new facility for their home goods store, Magnolia Market, Chip and Joanna recently announced they are opening an 1850s house as a Bed and Breakfast -- the "Magnolia House".

The “Magnolia House” will open in Spring of 2016.

Located just outside of Waco, Texas, the historic farmhouse was completely renovated by the couple and will be open to the public in the Spring of 2016.

"The design inspiration for this house was taken from my own home, I wanted it to feel like our farmhouse so when guests stay here they feel especially welcome. Because this is a vacation home, the majority of the pieces I chose are from my Magnolia Home furniture line. I want guests to have the full Magnolia experience when staying here," Joanna wrote on her personal blog.

"The Magnolia House was truly a treat to redesign and restore to its original character, and it's definitely one of my favorite projects to-date. It seemed that the further we got into the renovations, the more each and every corner of this home had a story to tell, and I enjoyed every minute of bringing it back to life," she added.

While the Gaines' empire has expanded at a dramatic rate since their hit HGTV show first aired in 2014, they are quick to credit their success to their Christian faith and dedication to putting God first in all areas of their lives.

"Our family has made a commitment to put Christ first, a lifestyle our parents modeled for us very well. They showed us how to keep our marriage and family centered around God," Chip said during a recent interview with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

"As for 'Fixer Upper', we have been surprised at the impact of our faith through the show," he added. In less than 2 years, "Fixer Upper" has garnered more than 24 million viewers, making it one of the highest-rated shows of its kind. The family is sometimes shown praying together during the show.

"We haven't been overtly evangelical, but the rich feedback we have received on family and love all source from our faith. Jesus said the world would know His disciples by their love for one another, and we've glimpsed this in practice and strive for it every day," Chip said.

In April, Joanna appeared in a video for Baylor University in which she discussed her testimony and how she seeks to use her platform to share her faith.

"I can look back now on the pattern of my life and really believe God has a purpose for me, but He also has purpose for you," Joanna said.

She explained that sometimes, God's refining process is painful: "He know where to hit, he knows to hit below the belt."

Joanna encouraged viewers to seek God's wisdom in all areas of life, even if it may be difficult to trust him at the time.

"Whether you're staying home and raising beautiful babies or you're the CEO of a multi-million dollar company, let God speak into your life," she said. "Let his father heart come and say, 'This is what I have for you.' I think that's the key - not believing the lies, fixing our eyes on Jesus, and walking in the truth."
