Pro-life group The Center for Medical Progress has released a 10th sting video on Planned Parenthood showing officials from the leading abortion organization discussing how their clinics receive compensation for selling fetal tissue.

Planned Parenthood has vehemently denied its clinics are illegally trafficking in aborted baby parts; however, the latest video in the CMP investigative series features the organization's national director of its Consortium of Abortion Providers, Deb Vanderhei, explaining that some "independent colleagues" do "generate a fair amount of income" from the compensation for aborted babies.

"And if they have smaller margins or don't have the ability to fund raise because they're not a non-profit, that's really helpful," she adds.

Vanderhei says in the clip that she thinks abortion providers should be careful about how they go about the remuneration process, as the the media could uncover the operation and make the organization criminally culpable.

"We are absent a policy and that's relatively intentional, and the policy that we do have suggests that you just really need to think about what you're doing, your procurement service, and if there's anyway you can do it mission-based, that's probably better," Vanderhei states. "And if you decide that you want to engage in remuneration, that you really think that through."

"If they do it, that's fine. We're not going to say no. But we want them to think about The New York Times headline. How could this go bad?" Vanderhei continues. "We have independent colleagues, who generate a fair amount of income doing this, and if they have smaller margins or don't have the ability to fundraise because they're not a nonprofit, that's really helpful."

A later clip shows a conversation between VanDerhei and Vanessa Russo, Compliance Program Administrator for Planned Parenthood Keystone in Pennsylvania.

Russo argues, "A company like this that wants to give our organization money for the tissue-I think that that's a valid exchange, and that that's okay." VanDerhei nods her head up and down and affirms, "Mhm."

According to CMP's website, the sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

Vanessa Cullins, the Vice President of External Medical Affairs, apparently understands the charges Planned Parenthood could face if caught trafficking fetal parts: "This is important. This could destroy your organization and us, if we don't time those conversations correctly," she tells a prospective buyer.

In light of the CMP videos, a number of states and congressional committees are conducting investigations into the abortion organization's practices, according to Life News.

A South Carolina investigation  found that two abortion clinics violated state laws, not one of which was profiting off the sell of babies' tissue. The Planned Parenthood clinic in Columbia was found to be in violation of 21 state regulations, while the Greenville Women's Clinic was found to be in violation of six regulations.

The clinics have been suspended and will have to make the corrections before Sept. 28 or they could face closure.

Additionally, five states have revoked taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood's abortion business, including Utah, Arkansas, Alabama, New Hampshire, and Louisiana. Iowa's governor has also ordered a review of Planned Parenthood funding.
