While the Duggar family is set to make a sure comeback on TLC’s ‘Counting On’ season 3, rumors about Jinger Duggar’s pregnancy continue to make the headlines, suggesting that Jim Bob and Michelle’s newly-wed daughter is expecting.
However, reports have also turned the spotlight on Jinger’s husband, Jeremy Vuolo, who is said to appear “unhappy” and “miserable.”
Meanwhile, the couple opened up to US Weekly with an earlier interview, expressing their love for children. While the pair did not state an exact number of children they want for their family, they did highlight their preference for a big clan.
The Duggars are known for being highly conservative when it comes to courtship and dating. Nonetheless, while Jim Bob and Michelle’s wedded children saved their first kiss on the day of their wedding, many of them decided to get pregnant or have children of their own immediately after exchanging vows.
Duggar fans were able to witness Jinger and Jeremy finally tying the knot on ‘Counting On’ season 2, and are now expecting that the 22-year-old star’s pregnancy, if true, could be next on the series.
During the ‘Counting On’ season 2 after-show in October, Jinger remained tight-lipped after a producer mentioned the subject of children. Jeremy was the one who responded, saying that they were “looking to the Lord to see what he provides.”
Jinger’s sister, Jessa Duggar-Seewald, have also expressed her sentiments about her family expecting their newlyweds to have babies of their own.
“I mean, Jinger and Jeremy are just getting married so like, we’re going to give them time,” Jessa said of her sister in an interview with ETOnline. “You know, no pressure.” Her husband, Ben Seewald, nods in agreement.
Jessa’s remarks were made merely three months before she is due to welcome her second child with Ben. Their first baby, Spurgeon, was born in November of 2015, one year after exchanging wedding vows.
Another Duggar sister, Jill Duggar-Dillard, also announced that she was carrying her first child two months after tying the knot with Derick Dillard in 2014.
Following the announcement of their engagement in July, Jeremy shared to People that he and Jinger love kids but are still unsure of how many children they want to have.
“We haven’t talked about size, but I know we both love children. They’re a joy,” the former pro soccer player said. In response, Jinger added that she is thrilled “to start a family."
The Vuolos’ wedding was carried out at the Cathedral of the Ozarks at Arkansas’ John Brown University. After being featured on the ‘Counting On’ season 2 finale, the newlyweds went on to celebrate with their honeymoon in Australia and New Zealand.
While the pair continuously shared updates to their fans about their trips, much of their story is expected to be featured on ‘Counting On’ season 3 when the reality series returns next year on TLC.
