JNX Hosting Series of Workshops

By Edward Shih

California, Cupertino - On March 6, 2005, Joyful Noise Xpress held another workshop at the New Life Nazarene Church. Anthony Chan, Director of JNX led the workshop in teaching young adults Chinese Christians the fundamentals on song composition, which is essential for those that wishes to serve in a praise and worship ministry.

"It is a wonderful opportunity to share and encourage local people who are into song writing to write more songs and to share their faith. From the feedback that we received, we found that the workshop was useful for it equips them with the basics to fall back on. I value your suggestions, and I wish to make the workshop more interactive through further refinement.”

Anthony stated, “The workshop on the 20th of March is a continuation from the Song Writing workshop held on Mar 6th. Song Writing and lyrics writing goes hand in hand.”
