Kim Kardashian-West’s Unique Thanksgiving; Reality Star Thankful For Spice Girls

Kim Kardashian-West has her own way of doing the Thanksgiving, and this includes dedicating the day to the 90s girl band Spice Girls.

The mother-of-two took to her Instagram account to announce to the world her deepest appreciation for the group. She said, "The Spice Girls got me through a lot!"

Three of her Instagram posts were about the Spice Girls. In one photo, a younger Kim was seen with a slick black dress that she said she mimicked from Posh Spice. The caption indicated that it was during a high school talent show.

In another picture, she was with her family and friends while doing a Spice Girls pose.

"I'm so thankful that me and my friends were the Spice Girls for our high school talent show!," Kim wrote.

Kim finally posted a photo of her entire family for Thanksgiving. Everyone in the Kardashian-Jenner clan was present including Caitlyn Jenner, Kanye West, Tyga, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Scott Disick and Kourtney's three kids.

According to BBC, Kim somehow followed the Spice Girls' footsteps. Regarding girl power, Kim has her sisters as her posse, and they are a powerhouse in social media.

Kim and Victoria Beckham in Spice Girls also has similarities. They both tried launching their solo careers. Kim tried the pop scene with her song, "Jam-Turn It Up" while Victoria launched a couple of songs as well.

Both of them are quite popular in Hollywood's parenting circle. They even have geographical names for both their first kids. Kim gave birth to North West in 2013 while Victoria gave birth to Brooklyn in 1999.

Aside from being fashion icons, Kim and Victoria are married to popular husbands. Victoria married soccer icon David Beckham in 1999 and Kim married Kanye West in 2014.

With the entire gathering of the Kardashian-Jenner clan this Thanksgiving, the family showed everyone that they have strong ties, according to Woman's Day.

2015 has been a packed year for the entire family with Caitlyn's public announcement of her gender transition and Kylie turning 18. Khloe Kardashian is also undergoing a challenging issue after she held her divorce with Lamar.

Kourtney Kardashian also had some big news this year as she decided to split finally up with party-goer Scott. It appears that have been civil in front of the kids. There were rumours that the two started dating again, but there is still no confirmation from Kourtney's end.
