Every year since 1939, the National Collegiate Athletic Association holds a basketball tournament featuring 68 teams (since 2011).  This March Madness is the sporting event of the third month of the year, and this where you can find out information on March Madness 2016 First Four Live LiveStream Online for Free, along with the NCAA Tournament TV Schedule, with some games appearing on TruTV.

The action kicks off today as NCAA has posted the information needed for the First Four.  It starts tonight at 6:40 PM (ET) on truTV with the Florida Gulf Coast vs. Farleigh Dickinson.  After that on TruTV is Vanderbilt vs. Wichita State.  Then, on March 16, it begins again at 6:40 with Holy Cross vs. Southern U., followed by Michigan vs. Tulsa.  All four of these games are played at UD Arena in Dayton, Ohio.

This leads to the inevitable question that is asked every year when March Madness shows up: where is TruTV?  According to The Washington Post, this used to be known as Court TV, but transitioned way from true-crime and reality programming to lighter fare, and is owned by the Turner Broadcasting System.  For those who want to watch it off this network, just go to Tru TV's website and enter in a zip code.  If you go to TruTV's main website, you will easily find that it will link you to where you can watch the games live on NCAA's website.

CBS Sports gives vital information to viewers interested in watching all 67 games of the NCAA tournament.  In fact, CBS Sports and Turner Sports will air every game across four national television networks, TBS, CBS, TNT, and truTV.  TBS has the national title game that will air on Monday April 4, and TBS will televise the NCAA Final Four on April 2 at 6 PM.  The Elite Eights Saturday games will air on CBS on March 26, and TBS will get the Sunday, March 27 pair of regional finals.  A complete schedule is available here

The good news is that if you are one of those who has decided to cut the cord, you can watch these games online.  Not only that, you can watch them live, the companies just unveiled their latest streaming services with the NCAA March Madness Live application, where users can go and watch recaps of the games without any spoilers being revealed.  Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Roku are all part of the streaming options for the games, as well as Google Chromecast.

There are actually 12 platform options to watch the NCAA Tournament on, in order to update the bracket.  If you head to the NCAA site at the time of this writing, you won't find much there now, but it will be updated as the games progress.
