For those of you who enjoy 4J Studios, Mojang's and Microsoft's property of the Minecraft sandbox/strategy game should know that title update 21 is coming out soon, and this is what we know about the features of Minecraft Title Update 21 (TU 21) as well as its release date for sometime in March.
Fortunately, there is always going to be Title Updates as the developers of Minecraft have announced on their official Twitter account that Minecraft's Title Update 21 (TU21) will be another bug fix update. According to Inquistir, Title Update 21 will attempt to remove several in-game issues that console gamers may be experiencing as the patch will focus primarily on releasing a series of bug fixes across Microsoft and PlayStation platforms. This is good news for players, but bad news for anyone expecting any new features like TU19 brought.
However, we have learned that TU 21 might actually bring some new things after all. The big question that everyone is asking is what is new with TU 21. The short answer is: a lot. The biggest bonus will be new Biomes. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Biomes, they are regions in the Minecraft world with varying geographical features. According to HTZ Game, the new Biomes of TU 21 include Mesa, Savannah, Roofed Forest, and much more. Other new features include New Fish, New Blocks, New Potions, and New Trees.
So how are the current updates for Minecraft doing? Fortunately, there haven't been any widespread reports of the TU20 making Minecraft any worse. There is a recent posting of all confirmed and unconfirmed bugs for Minecraft for the Xbox 360, according to Minecraft Forum.
Part of the reason for the Title Update 20 for Minecraft is that there are a lot of bugs that have appeared in all versions of the game including the PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. According to the International Business Times, the list of fixes targets concerns and bugs in several issues for all of the Minecraft versions.
So this leads to the question of when will TU 21 be released? The best answer that I have received is sometime in late March. Most of the features that I have seen on other sources match the ones that I have previously listed about new Biomes, Fish, Blocks, Potions and Trees.
Okay, I'm sure that all Minecraft enthusiasts who are reading this article just came to get the Title Update 21 information, and you have it. What I want to discuss right now is this reporter's experience with Minecraft.
Just to let you know, my kids love this game, and my daughter says that it is "her favorite thing in the whole world". We have just recently purchased a PS4, and I decided to buy Minecraft as it is a cheap game (it is under $20 while most games are $50) and the kids already play it on the mobile phone. I finally decided to sit down and let my kids help me play the game.
I played Minecraft in Survival mode, which means that I had to build a shelter or be attacked by these Creepers after the square sun went down. It didn't take me long to get used to smacking trees for wood, and then use that wood to build a small home to last through the night. Without my kids, I never would have figured out how to build a crafting table and a furnace so I can make more things.
I honestly can't believe how wondrous this game is, and the ability it has given for players of all ages to create and explore is really unlike any game that is out there. In all honesty, I have had to choose not to play it simply so I don't get addicted to it and play it more than I should.
All other Minecraft enthusiasts can look forward to TU 21 sometime around the end of March.
