The Toronto Blue Jays have been winning game after game since the Canada team managed to acquire former Colorado Rockies star Troy Tulowitzki. With the energetic and frantic manner of the MLB star reflected every time he steps into the mound, the Toronto Blue Jays are now leading the division and are considered as potential contenders for the 2015 MLB World Series championship.

Apart from Troy Tulowitzki, who has been described as "freakishly" skilled and talented based on his previous games in the major league, the Toronto Blue Jays also have David Price as yet another go-to MLB star in the team.

"[T]he biggest reason why interest has skyrocketed from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland - or anywhere on the planet for that matter - are the blockbuster acquisitions the Blue Jays brought in at the non-waiver trade deadline," noted David Lengel of The Guardian, referring to the sudden popularity of the Toronto Blue Jays in the MLB and the team's widely acclaimed potential to actually compete for the championship. Lengel added, "Slugger Troy Tulowitzki and David Price arrived within days of each other a fortnight ago, bringing a long-lost championship-like buzz north of the border."

Seemingly waking up the Toronto Blue Jays fan base, the combined star power of Troy Tulowitzki and David Price managed to rake in notably increased ticket sales in the games of the MLB team. Apart from garnering more support from the Canadian baseball fans, the Toronto Blue Jays also saw the rise of sales in the merchandise items of the MLB team.

According to The Globe and Mail, the fanfare surrounding the Toronto Blue Jays is fanning the fire in the hearts of the fans and followers of the MLB team. Spectators now find themselves genuinely believing that the Toronto Blue Jays have a shot at the championship, sensing "a winner in the making." In fact, the Toronto Blue Jays fans are now eyeing the MVP title for one of the team's players, Josh Donaldson - a belief that could only arise if the team itself is deemed capable of excelling in the finals.

"The sweep of the Yankees last weekend and the Bombers bats stark and sudden slump, means the Jays have now eclipsed a New York team that has spent three months atop the American league Eastern Division," pointed out Lengel in his report. The sports analyst went on to say, "And while fans of the Jays are falling over themselves in admiration of both Price and Tulowitzki, who have no doubt helped instantaneously changed the culture in Toronto, their relief core that has very quietly established itself among the best in the AL and become crucial to their success."
