NBA 2K16 February and January 2016 Locker Codes, Patches Update: Stephen Curry Moves Up In Rankings

The NBA 2K16 Patch Update v5 now available

2K Sports recently made awesome upgrades to NBA 2k16. The game publisher released a fifth patch for the game, which is now available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.  The patch rollout is preparation for the upcoming Road to the Finals 2K Pro-Am tournament.

Aside from patches, in-game players have gone some rating changes. Stephen Curry's rating has gone up once again. The Golden State Warriors guard is now the highest-rated character in the game at 96 overall. Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James follows him at 94 overall.

There are also bunch of players who received higher rating this week. Houston Rockets guard James Harden received one point, and he is now 91 overall. Khris Middleton of the Milwaukee Bucks got a big boost. He got two additional points in his overall ratings, 82.

However, for players like Dallas Mavericks veteran Dirk Nowitzki and San Antonio Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge, they moved down by one point in their over-all rankings.

Aside from player improvements, 2K Sports also fixed some game issues. The NBA 2K16 Patch Update v5 addressed the problems in MyCOURT, MyPARK and Pro-Am.  There also additions like "Player of the Week" and "Player of the Month" in the MyPARK leaderboards.

"Ankle breaker bug" on defenders who were in a good position is now fixed. Problems in Pro-Am Arena game loading screen is also resolved.  For PS4 gamers, take note that there are adjustments on the "How Much Ya Got?" requirements.

In a game review from IGN, it says NBA 2k16 has a complete package for hardcore basketball fans. It is packed with traditional game modes and has silky-smooth gameplay. The reviewer gave 9/10 score for the massively-popular basketball simulation game.
