NBA 2K16 Release Date: NBA 2K15 Locker Codes Galore for Xbox One, PS4, PC

It is confirmed, NBA 2K16, one of the most highly-awaited video games, will be officially launched on September 29, 2015 on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4, game developer Take Two Interactive, owner of 2K Games, said during the company's announcement of its revenue report for the fiscal fourth quarter and full-year ended March 31.

NBA 2K16 is also expected to roll out in PC and mobile platforms, like smartphones and tablets this coming fall but the exact date of the release on these platforms is yet to be announced, reported Gamespot.com.

NBA 2K16 is the successor to the simulated professional National Basketball Association's (NBA) video game, NBA 2K15.

Earlier, we cited fan blog web site, NBA2K16GAME.com, as saying that developers of NBA 2K16 have added new alterations that further enhanced its attractiveness of the game among its loyal fans. With the latest installment of the popular basketball game, fans should expect something new, including incredible graphics with fewer defaults and more physical interaction.

Images of several NBA players getting body scanned for NBA 2K16 recently emerged and was shared on Twitter. Miami Heat and the Brooklyn Nets shared the pictures with a hashtag, #NBA2K16 in the tweet, NBA2K16GAME.com said. The leaked photos also showed Stephen Curry, James Harden, and Kevin Durant appearing on the cover of NBA 2K16.

In presenting the company's earnings report, Take Two disclosed that NBA 2K15 was their largest source of income during the last fiscal year after they shipped 7 million units of the game. This was followed by WWE 2K15, which shipped 3 million units.

Take Two told investors, "Our strong fourth quarter revenues and better-than-expected Non-GAAP profits marked an outstanding close to one of our Company's best years ever," Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick said. "During fiscal 2015, we seamlessly launched five triple-A titles for the holiday season led by Grand Theft Auto V and NBA 2K15; added an exciting new franchise with the successful release of Evolve; and achieved record digitally-delivered revenue, including our highest-ever revenues from recurrent consumer spending. Our business generated significant cash flow and, as a result, we ended the fiscal year with $1.1 billion in cash and short-term investments."

Meanwhile, loyal fans of NBA 2K15 will be treat with new locker codes as 2K has released a new set of codes that offer VC points, items, and more, reported Autoomobile.com. The report said gamers can use unlocked VC points to make upgrades on their team or buy new players.

It added that the codes "PARKSWAG" and "IWATCHEDNBA2KTV" will bolster you by 500VC points and 1000VC points. the codes "MYSTERY" and "HEYGUYS" will reward players with mystery in game items. While typing "PAYRESPECT" will allow players play the game with the ABA ball.

Expect more locker codes in the coming days as 2K Games pledged to offer several special pink diamond locker codes.

Also, VC Post reported that Ronnie 2K, posted on his Twitter account a Pink Diamond Karl Malone locker code that unlocks a new basketball icon. The code is limited so hurry up.
