The Miami Heat have made some notable moves this NBA offseason. One of the best decisions made by the NBA team is its move to re-sign Dwyane Wade and Goran Dragic. However, it appears that the future of both Mario Chalmers and Chris Andersen in the Miami Heat roster remains unknown.

Throughout the NBA offseason, rumors have been rife regarding the potential transfer of the two stars to alleged interested teams such as the Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Toronto Raptors, San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns. Despite the widespread speculations that Mario Chalmers and Chris Andersen will be bidding goodbye to the Miami Heat soon, the two are still included in the training camp roster of the NBA team.

"They're both pros," said Erik Spoelstra, referring to Chris Andersen and Mario Chalmers. The Miami Heat head coach went on to say, "They both have been with us through our best years and they understand our commitment to winning. Our owner and our president are committed to doing whatever it takes to win in this league. Whatever gives us the best chance to attack those expectations, we're going to do it." Sports analysts point out that the responses of Spoelstra with regard the future of Mario Chalmers and Chris Andersen in the Miami Heat appear to be intentionally vague. However, some optimists note that the fact that both NBA stars are still in the roster and actively playing in the Miami Heat training camp should be taken as positive signs.

Meanwhile, another notable addition to the Miami Heat roster is Amar'e Stoudemire, who signed a minimum contract with the NBA team. Apart from Amar'e Stoudemire, the same deal was also given to Gerald Green. Notably, the deal with the Miami Heat is way below the pay grade of someone like Amar'e Stoudemire. Prior to joining the Miami Heat, Amar'e Stoudemire was part of the Phoenix Suns during the earlier years of his NBA career. Following the expiration of his contract with the Phoenix Suns, Amar'e Stoudemire chose to opt out of any extension and sign with the New York Knicks. He then spent the past five years playing alongside Carmelo Anthony. At around February this year, Amar'e Stoudemire bid goodbye to his New York Knicks family and started another chapter in his NBA career as part of the Dallas Mavericks roster.

"I think, for one, the organization has been known to be a really good organization," shared Amar'e Stoudemire, referring to his decision to accept a lower salary to play with the Miami Heat, according to SB Nation. He added, "It's a warm welcoming type of organization that makes you comfortable. Everything is ran very organized and professionally. With me also being from Florida, it made it that much easier for me to sign here."
