The Miami Heat are still struggling to bounce back following the Dwyane Wade exit to the Chicago Bulls and the potential early retirement of Chris Bosh - both of which shook the team after LeBron James packed his bags to team up with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love in the Cleveland Cavaliers. Despite the growth of Hassan Whiteside and Goran Dragic as leaders, the Justise Winslow squad still needs stronger players to fill the void. With this necessity in mind, a John Wall contract is anticipated to be released soon.

The Washington Wizards are advised to let go of the star and entertain John Wall contract offers from other NBA teams. With the current discontent in the roster especially with his alleged rift with teammate Bradley Beal, an NBA trade with the All-Star could help in a potential rebuild. Moreover, fans believe that the team should move fast if they want to get a high offer from other squads.

Rumors are rife that a John Wall contract outside the Washington Wizards is a hot commodity in the league lately. Among the basketball squads vying for this deal are the Golden State Warriors with Kevin Durant campaigning for the star and the Sacramento Kings where DeMarcus Cousins seemed to be eager to reunite with the player. However, it looks like the Miami Heat could win this contest considering the background of Pat Riley.

"[T]he one thing about [Pat] Riley is that distressed property does seem to be his real estate, be it Alonzo Mourning, Tim Hardaway, Shaquille O'Neal or even Dragic, himself," explained Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel of the possibility of a John Wall contract with the Miami Heat.

He added, "Most, if not all, NBA talent scouts, would have Wall, based on ability and potential, rated significantly ahead of Dragic, and it's not as if the Heat are in any position to throw in draft picks to sweeten such a deal, with a pair of first-rounders still owed for Dragic. But the Wall possibilities do appear to grow more interesting by the day, particularly at moments of venting."

At this point, however, the idea remains an NBA trade rumor. The Washington Wizards are still trying to iron out their relationship with John Wall. For his part, the All-Star is rumored to be ready to sign a deal with another team once he gets an offer good enough for him to take. As for the Miami Heat fans, they are still hopeful that a John Wall contract would be announced in the future in an effort to boost the performance of Goran Dragic and Hassan Whiteside in the hardwood court.
