Sam Hanna is in deep trouble in "NCIS: LA" Season 7 episode 17, "Revenge Deferred." While the agents of "NCIS: Los Angeles" are doing their all to make sure their dangerous work does not get entangled with their sweet family life, Hanna will find this extra difficult to do in the upcoming episode.
CBS teased on Tuesday that the danger associated with Hanna's work is now spreading to his family. Reportedly, his whole family is currently under surveillance and all four members' lives are at stake. "After extensive surveillance footage of Sam's family is found in Africa, Sam and Callen fly there to determine who is responsible and for what purpose," CBS teased on Thursday. "Also, Sam's family is moved from their home to a safe house."
Specifically, Tahir (Anslem Richardson) and Jada Khaled (Ella Thomas) are back in the picture, with one of them still holding a deep and deadly grudge against Sam.
Viewers have been anticipating when Sam will take on his most difficult mission on the season after series creator Shane Brennan himself teased that this season will showcase Sam's chops as an agent. "Sam will be confronted with his most difficult case, the most difficult situation he's ever been in as an agent or as a SEAL," series creator Shane Brennan teased last year, according to TV Fanatic. "It has big repercussions. That's all I'm going to say," he added.
"Revenge Deferred" is set on Feb. 29, just a week after Callen's (Chris O'Donnell) big reveal in "Matryoshka: Part 2."
"NCIS:LA" is shown Mondays 10 PM ET on CBS. It stars Chris O. Donell as G. Callen, LL Cool J as Sam Hana, Daniela Ruah as Kensi Blye, Eric Christian Olsen as Marty Deeks, Linda Hunt as Henrietta Lange, Barrett Foa as Eric Beal, Renee Felice Smith as Nell Jones, Miguel Ferrer as Owen Granger, Peter Cambor as Nate Getz, Adam Jamal Craig as Dominic Vail, and Rocky Carroll as Leon Vance.
