The Houston Texans suffered more than just another defeat in the hands of the Miami Dolphins in Week 7 of the 2015-16 regular NFL season. The 26-44 loss served to JJ Watt's football squad courtesy of Cameron Wake's NFL team also brought with it devastating news for the Houston Texans: Running back Arian Foster is now out for the current football season.

"I know he's hurting," shared coach Bill O'Brien, referring to the downfall of Arian Foster during the match against the Miami Dolphins, according to Fox Sports. The Houston Texans head coach went on to say, "He worked hard to come back for the season, had the groin injury and now this injury. He's a guy that's proven he can come back from injury, and I'm sure once he's able to rehab it he'll rehab it very diligently and try to come back. We're all supportive of him in that rehab."

Arian Foster went down in the fourth game following his comeback from a groin surgery, which forced him to miss four games with the Houston Texans. The fourth quarter in the football match against the Miami Dolphins saw the running back fall due to a torn Achilles tendon injury. The Houston Texans star was then immediately lifted off the football field and carted to the NFL team's locker room. Unlike the other injuries Arian Foster incurred, though, this latest hit will cost him the entire NFL season.

Duane Brown, a close friend of the fallen running back, shared his sympathy for the injured Houston Texans teammate. The left tackle said, "It's devastating." He added, "Just because I know how much he puts into this thing, how much work he puts in to be great, to be healthy, and to stay on the field. I know how hard he worked to come back from his groin injury. To have this happen, I'm really hurting for him. I know it's pretty frustrating."

The loss of Arian Foster now forces the Houston Texans to look for alternative football stars to fill the spot of the Pro Bowl athlete. Three names have surfaced about the injured running back's position: Alfred Blue, Chris Polk and Jonathan Grimes. Before the return of Arian Foster, the Houston Texans played Alfred Blue as the starter in the first three football matches of the NFL team this season.

"I think they're very capable backs," commented Duane Brown, referring to the three football stars under consideration for the position vacated by Arian Foster. The left tackle further shared, "Unfortunately, Arian - we've been without him a few games this year, so we're kind of familiar with what Blue, Grimes, and Polk can bring to the table."
