The New York Giants are entering Week 6 of the regular NFL season with a crucial match against the Philadelphia Eagles. Battling it out to establish which football team is more dominant, the New York Giants are facing the DeMarco Murray squad with the possibility of Odell Beckham, Jr not participating in the widely anticipated NFL match. It could be recalled that the 30 - 27 win of the New York Giants over the San Francisco 49ers cost a hamstring injury to the wide receiver.

With this in mind, the New York Giants are practically limping their way to the football game as yet another quality wide receiver, Rueben Randle, is still questionable in terms of playing against the Philadelphia Eagles. While fans and followers of the New York Giants are optimistic over the potential recovery of both Odell Beckham, Jr and Rueben Randle, it remains to be seen if either of the receivers can actually play against the critical match against the Philadelphia Eagles.

"The trainers seem to think he's made good progress," shared head coach Tom Coughlin, referring to the condition of Odell Beckham, Jr, according to NJ.com. The New York Giants head coach went on to point out, "He wouldn't practice [Wednesday if there was one], no. Hopefully, we'll get some work in before the end of the week. All we can do is hold out with the fact that he is a very competitive young man and if it's at all possible, he'll be ready to play." Sources claim that although Odell Beckham, Jr was not seen practicing with his New York Giants teammates on Thursday, the star wide receiver had been spotted running in the sidelines - a sign that bolstered the confidence of the fans of the football star.

Meanwhile, another New York Giants wide receiver remains under questionable status: Reuben Randle. However, Reuben Randle appears to be confident that he can play against the Philadelphia Eagles. "I'm fine," shared the ailing wide receiver, referring to his status following his injury during the New York Giants' match against the San Francisco 49ers, according to ESPN. Reuben Randle further said, "Today, I tried to test it a little bit, so it felt pretty good. It's a little sore now, but it's getting better. As long as I'm progressing, I'm pretty positive about it."

The New York Giants will battle it out against the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday (October 19) at 8:30 pm ET. Sam Bradford and DeMarco Murray's football squad will play host to the New York Giants at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Eagles currently hold a 2 - 3 record this regular NFL season.
