The Indianapolis Colts are coming over to the home turf of the Houston Texans on Thursday (October 8) for Week 5 of the regular NFL season. Playing against the JJ Watt squad, the Indianapolis Colts are expected to try to go home victorious in the football match to be held at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas at 8:25 pm ET. If the predictions of the sports analysts in the league are to be believed, then the trip home of the Indianapolis Colts will not be a pleasant journey as the Houston Texans are pegged as the more probably victors in the upcoming NFL match. However, the potential return of Indianapolis Colts star Andrew Luck this Thursday might turn things around for the NFL team.

"I'm preparing to start and to play," shared Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, referring to the possibility that fans and followers of the NFL team will see him on the field on Thursday in the game against the Houston Texans, according to Indy Star. Andrew Luck further shared that he believes he had been improving his game and is currently working hard to enhance his abilities. The Indianapolis Colts quarterback went on to share, "I think I've gotten better every day. I don't think I'm necessarily where I'd want to be today in a perfect, perfect world." He added, "If I'm playing, I wouldn't expected to be hindered at all."

The Indianapolis Colts will face the Houston Texans fresh off a challenging win over the Jacksonville Jaguars during the fourth week of the NFL regular season. At this point, the Andrew Luck squad has a record of 2 - 2. The backup quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts, Matt Hasselback, contributed a touchdown to push the NFL team to take the lead. Matt Hasselback also pitched in 30 completed passes out of 47 for 282 yards. In a report by Indianapolis Star, the backup quarterback of Andrew Luck revealed that he does not expect to start in the Thursday NFL match against the Houston Texans.

However, Matt Hasselback will remain prepared if the need to replace Andrew Luck in the field arises. Furthermore, Matt Hasselback explained that the Thursday match is important to the Indianapolis Colts starting quarterback because Houston "is (Andrew Luck's) hometown. He doesn't give me snaps in practice. So, I know that if he can make it happen, he's going to make it happen. I just have to approach it like, 'Hey, be ready to go.' But, again, this is his team and his offense, so that's what you do: Get ready to play in case. It's always in case."
