The Green Bay Packers have been struggling to get back on their feet ever since the 2015 NFL Preseason started. As the NFL team try to deal with the loss of the league's most talented wide receiver, Jordy Nelson, the Green Bay Packers appear to be keen in keeping the rest of the players in their roster fit and healthy. One particular player the Green Bay Packers are practically guarding with their lives is none other than quarterback NFL star quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback has not been seen in the field since the final preseason game in 2012. With this in mind, it becomes increasingly apparent that the Green Bay Packers have every intention to protect the NFL MVP. While this may seem a tad too defensive for the taste of fans and followers of the Green Bay Packers, the shoulder injury incurred by Randall Cobb during the 2015 NFL Preseason match against the Philadelphia Eagles over the weekend proved that the restrictions are based on reasonable decisions. Taking into consideration that Cobb's injury came soon after Nelson incurred his torn ACL, it would truly be prudent for the Green Bay Packers to not risk the possibility of hurting their prized quarterback Aaron Rodgers. However, the Green Bay Packers fans will have the chance to catch a glimpse of Aaron Rodgers in the final match of the NFL team against the New Orleans Saints on Thursday for Week 4 of the Preseason Games.

"The most important thing that happened -- or didn't happen -- this summer is that Rodgers did not get hurt," observed Rob Demovsky of ESPN. He added, "Beyond that, nothing else really matters, especially when you consider he already lost his No. 1 receiver, Jordy Nelson, to a season-ending knee injury."

Meanwhile, the Green Bay Packers are now letting go of NFL stars in an effort to meet the 75-man per roster deadline on Tuesday. Based on the official press release of the Green Bay Packers, five players already made an exit from the NFL team. The Green Bay Packers said goodbye to LB Tavarus Dantzler, T Vince Kowalski and LB Josh Francis. Rounding up the list of stars released by the NFL team are T Fabbians Ebbele and DT Lavon Hooks. All players released by the Green Bay Packers, except for Francis, are rookies who were undrafted in the NFL.
