Due to the new suspensions imposed on Josh Gordon of the Cleveland Browns, a lot of teams are reportedly contacting the team in an effort to trade him. But, according to NFL sources, the Browns will only agree to a trade if their high demands are met.

The wide receiver missed out on the entire 2015 NFL season after violating the league's policy on substance abuse. Then, in July of this year, the NFL agreed to reinstate Gordon following the appeal he made in January.

However, despite his reinstatement, the NFL still suspended Gordon for the first four games of the 2016 NFL season after he failed a drug test.

Seeing how the Browns will not be able to fully utilize Gordon, various franchise approached the team to see if it is interested in trading him away. Although the Cleveland organization has been adamant on keeping him in its roster, it seems the Browns are still open to a possible trade if the other team agrees to their conditions.

According to Chat Sports, the Browns will only be willing to part ways with Gordon if a team will trade him for a second round pick as well as a couple of players. As noted by the sports news site, this demand by the Browns has caused trade talks to stagnate. But, it could also be a strategy utilized by the team to ensure that a deal doesn't happen.

Like how his team feels towards him, Gordon noted that he has no plans of leaving Cleveland. Despite his suspensions, the 25-year-old athlete noted that he still loves playing for the Browns and even considers them as his family.

"Cleveland is my team," he told ESPN. "That's where I want to be, everything like that. That's not even in the ballpark for me. I'm not sure how it works."

"I think it works out perfectly then for me," he added. "Mr. [Jimmy] Haslam, the organization, coach [Hue] Jackson, I think the world of those guys, this city, this organization. They're family. They're showing me the love and respect back to me by allowing me to stay here up to this point."
