The New England Patriots are currently enjoying their winning streak with quarterback Tom Brady. However, this doesn't stop the veteran athlete from admitting the fact that coach Bill Belichick might trade him away in the future.

During the start of the 2016 NFL season, backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo did a good job in keeping the team afloat while Brady was serving his suspension. The only hurdle in their path was the Week 4 loss dealt by the Buffalo Bills.

When Brady returned to the field, he was able to continue the Patriots' almost flawless record. However, despite his contributions to the team over the past few years, Brady is fully aware that these will not be able to save him from being placed on the trading block.

Aside from factors that will work against Brady, such as his age, potential injuries and possible suspensions in the future, Belichick is known to be a fair coach among his players. This means that even veterans and key members of the team can stillbe in danger of being traded away. For instance, just look at what happened to Drew Bledsoe, Randy Moss and most recently, Jamie Collins.

"You can't be around this long and not realize that the world will keep spinning and the sun will come up tomorrow without you," Brady said about the prospect of getting traded. "That's just the way it goes. I think you enjoy just what you - the experiences that you have and then also understand it just keeps going on."

"It could happen to anybody," he added. "You just have to show up for work, do the best you can do everyday and let your performance speak for yourself."

Although the possibility of trading Brady is still out there, that probably won't happen this year. Aside from surviving the trade deadline, Brady is doing really well as the Patriots' starting quarterback. Ever since he came back from his four-game suspension, he was able to help the team bounce back from the 0-16 loss to the Bills. Since his return, he has already won four consecutive games for the New England franchise.
