Members of both PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live programs are now excited for July's free games. Microsoft recently announced its lineup for next month, which includes blockbuster titles. On the other hand, Sony has not yet revealed its PS Plus lineup for July. The company might announce it tomorrow.

Let's start with games on Xbox Live with Gold titles. Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb revealed the next month's free games for Xbox 360 and Xbox One earlier this week. Interestingly, Xbox One users can also access Xbox 360 titles with Backward Compatibility.
On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can play The Banner Saga 2 for free for the whole month of July. The Banner Saga 2 is a tactical RPG game that features interesting storyline. In addition, it is populated with memorable characters and plot twists.
Alongside with The Banner Saga 2, Xbox One users can access Tumblestone from July 16th to August 15th. Tumblestone is good for gamers who want to play the mind-bending action-puzzle game. It involves cerebral brainteasers that completely reinvent the puzzle game genre.
For Xbox 360 users, their July's free games include Ubisoft's tactical first-person shooter Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 and Disney's Tron: Evolution.
Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is a free download for Xbox Live Gold subscribers from July 1 to July 15. The game features a wide variety of multiplayer modes. Its multiplayer options for cooperative play should keep gamers entertained. Moreover, gamers can choose from a good selection of weapons.
Tron: Evolution is free from July 16 to July 31. It is an action game based on the 2010 film Tron: Legacy. It features huge cities in a futuristic setting. Players have to fight high-tech enemies as they try to save the world from a brink totalitarian domination. Players can also explore Tron's cities using a free running technique called Parkour.
Meanwhile, several websites say Sony might reveal its PS Plus roster on the last Tuesday of June. The company is expected to reveal six titles for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita - two for each console. Express claims the lineup for PS4 might contain the Evil Within, which is included in the PlayStation Plus lineup in Japan.
For now, let's wait for Sony's announcement. PlayStation Plus subscribers might get the next month's games on July 5.
