On the other hand, there's another shooter game from Valve that is reportedly in the works. Valve has been tight-lipped about the development of Left 4 Dead 3, but many gamers believe the recent leak is an indication that the game is now underway.
GameSpot reported a certain ValveTime user who goes by the name of Tristan Reidford accidentally leaked information about Left 4 Dead 3. During the user's tutorial on Destinations Workshop Tools, a folder named "Left 4 Dead 3" appeared on the screen.
Interestingly, in an interview with goRGNtv, Counter-Strike co-creator Minh claims Left 4 Dead 3 is in development. In fact, he said the game "looks great."
Although Valve has yet to provide any official statement about the alleged Left 4 Dead 3 folder, it gave so much hope to many gamers that another Left 4 Dead 3 is now under development.
