In the season finale of "The Walking Dead" fans were treated to a cliffhanger as the episode ended with Negan killing one of the members of Rick Grimes' group. Although it wasn't shown which character died, a YouTube user thinks he has cracked the finale's mystery.

In season 6's last episode, titled "Last Day on Earth," Negan and the Saviors were able to corner Grimes and the gang. Feeling helpless, they were forced to kneel down in front of the murderous maniac, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, as he plays a game of Eenie, Meenie, Miney Mo in choosing his next victim.

The next scene then cuts into Negan pummeling his victim with his barbwire-wrapped baseball bat. However, the identity of the victim was not revealed as the scene was shot through his, or her, perspective.

But according to YouTube user Slaykone, carefully reviewing the scene could reveal who Nergan killed. In a new video uploaded on YouTube, the fan edited the scene where all the characters were kneeling in front of Negan and assigned numbers above their heads. These numbers are based on the hovering of Negan's bat on the characters.

As shown in the clip, Grimes is one, Maggie is two, Abe is three, Michonne is four, Daryl is five, Sasha is six, Aaron is seven, Carl is eight, Eugene is nine, Rosita is 10 and Glenn is 11. By following the rules if Eenie Meenie Miney Mo and Negan's actions, the fan was able to conclude that Glenn was his victim in the final episode.

Of course, for now, this is just based on a speculation made by a fan. But, if Glenn did get brutally murdered by Negan, then it should probably not come as a surprise especially for those who follow the "Walking Dead" comic books. After all, it really is Glenn who gets offed by Negan and his bat in the comics.

But then again, the show could still go in a different direction and kill of another character in the series. If this does happen, then it will not be the first time that the series deviated from the plotline shown in the comic books.
