While a number of fans and followers of the Washington Redskins doubted the decision of the NFL team to go for Kirk Cousins, it looks like the latest win over Sam Bradford's crew diminished the number of critics gunning for the immediate return of Robert Griffin III. In fact, some of these critics might have turned into ardent supporters of Kirk Cousins and Washington Wizards head coach Jay Gruden following the NFL team's victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.

"We're 1-2 right now, but we're hoping it pays dividends," shared Jay Gruden following the loss of the Washington Redskins to the New York Giants in Week 3. The Washington Redskins head coach added, "We've got all the confidence in the world in him. As an organization, we all came to the same conclusion. Meanwhile, the Washington Redskins opted to re-sign defensive end Frank Kearse on Monday. In an effort to create space for his presence in the Washington Redskins roster, the NFL team chose to waive linebacker Terrance Plummer from the squad. Other football stars who entered the Washington Redskins lineup recently are wide receiver Issac Blakeney and linebacker Lynden trail.
