The Republican candidates will meet again for another round of debate. After Sen. Marco Rubio suspends his campaign, the remaining GOP hopefuls are Donald Trump, John Kasich and Ted Cruz. On March 21, they will head to Salt Lake City, Utah for the Fox-sponsored GOP debate.
The fourth GOP debate of Fox News will be moderated by the network's anchors. Expect to see Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly and Chris Wallace to be in the middle of discussions. The debate is set to take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center.
The two-hour debate will start at 9 p.m. ET on FNC, and it will air on network's additional platforms. Viewers can watch the event live on the internet via online streaming. Visit FoxNews.com for more information. Mobile streaming is also available at Fox News Mobile app.
Furthermore, the debate takes places a day before voters go to the polls in Arizona and Utah on March 22. Interestingly, the upcoming Republican debate in Utah is the first presidential debate in the state. The remaining candidates in the primary race are real estate tycoon Donald Trump, Ohio Gov. John Kasich and Texas Senator Ted Cruz.
Meanwhile, Marco Rubio recently announced he is suspending his 2016 presidential campaign.
On Tuesday, Rubio dropped out in the presidential race after he lost in his own home state of Florida. The 44-year old senator congratulated Donald Trump on his victory in the Florida primary. Rubio was hoping to at least break even with the frontrunner in the state, but Trump earned more than a fifth of the support there.
Rubio's second-place finish in his home-state capped his 2016 presidential campaign. Political analysts say Rubio's campaign is marked by missed opportunities, false starts and squandered momentum. Moreover, his New Hampshire debate gaffe and his choice to attack Trump personally contributed to his downfall.
Kasich's continued ascent also prevent Rubio to win a handful of states in Super Tuesday primary. The Ohio governor had enough support to stop Rubio from winning Virginia and making a strong delegate base in other states.
Rubio's future political plans remain in doubt. Some supporters speculate Rubio could join the vice-presidential race, with some anti-Trump Republicans suggest he should join forces with Cruz to defeat the frontrunner.
The Florida senator was to be supposed the future of the Republican party: young, intelligent, charismatic. According to the Guardian, he hailed in the aftermath of the 2012 election as the Republican party's likely "savior".
