Xbox subscribers look forward to seeing what new Games with Gold games will be for free each month. So far, there is a lot speculation as to what Xbox Live Games with Gold will be free games for August 2015, but there are a lot of games still available for July 2015, and some of them will also be available in August 2015 as well.
It has been two years since the Live with Gold program was announced, and to celebrate, Games with Gold will offer two new games on Xbox One every month starting in July 2015. There are some deals that have expired, sad to say, according to Gamespot.
I'll go ahead and answer the question that everyone is looking forward to for the free games with Xbox Live Gold for August 2015. The answer is sadly no answer, as the free Games with Gold are not usually announced until the month turns, and then there are usually only rumors. I suppose that I could probably start a rumor with a guess, some have suggested Fallout 3, and that would be quite a boost considering the imminent release of Fallout 4.
Available for free download on the Xbox One from July 16th to August 15th is So Many Me. According to the description on the Steam store, this is a "charming puzzle platformer starring Filo and his band of misfit clones as they attempt to save a world threatened by an ancient, malevolent evil. Using their combined powers, Filo and his fellow Me must puzzle their way through a land of exotic creatures, devious traps, and evil minions".
According to Major Nelson, Xbox Live Gold members will be about to download Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag on the Xbox One for free during the month of July. This is a game in the Ubisoft's popular franchise that takes place in the "Golden Age of Piracy", following the pirate Edward Kenway. This AAA games is some serious treasure for the Xbox Live with Gold fans.
The other Xbox 360 option is Gears of War 3, which will be available on July 16th for download, with this offer ending on July 31st. Gears of War is a franchise that I also probably don't need to explain, but the humans vs. aliens third-person shooter is definitely one that keeps Microsoft Studios more in the black each day.
Clearly, there are options for free games for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 during the month of July 2015, and there will certainly be more in August 2015, which we will keep you informed of when the news of that breaks.
