April is here which means Xbox Live Gold subscribers will receive a bunch of free games again. For gamers who want to become a Gold member, it only costs $40 and the membership comes with exciting freebies. Now, here's the list of free games this month for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Sony previously announced all Xbox 360 games for Gold promotion works on Xbox One too, thanks to backwards compatibility. In other words, Xbox One owners will get four free games every month.
GameSpot reported free Xbox One games for April includes The Wolf Among Us and Sunset Overdrive. For Xbox 360 users, they have backwards-compatible games Dead Space and Saints Row IV.
Even though it is now April, last month's free game Lords of the Fallen will continue to be free until April 15. As for the other games like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, Borderlands, and Supreme Commander 2, they are no longer playable for free.
